Order Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE — PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE
By placing an order with ClickCraft Ventures or any of its affiliated stores, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation terms set forth in this policy. Order cancellations are only permitted within two (2) hours of order placement.
This policy is binding upon completion of your order and forms part of the contractual agreement between you (the Customer) and ClickCraft Ventures (the Merchant).
1. Scope and Applicability
This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through ClickCraft Ventures and any of its affiliated online stores, including but not limited to: SmoothSpine, Clarity Blue, Moodie, Aquoxis, GetAquoxis, Aquoxis Washer, and FuelSync (collectively, the "Stores").
By submitting an order through any of the Stores, the Customer expressly accepts the terms of this policy as a binding component of the sale.
2. Cancellation Window
TWO-HOUR CANCELLATION RULE
Orders may only be cancelled within two (2) hours of order placement, calculated from the timestamp of order confirmation as recorded in our order management system. After the two-hour window has elapsed, orders are deemed final and proceed automatically to fulfillment. No cancellations will be accepted thereafter, regardless of fulfillment or shipping status.
Specifically:
- The two-hour window begins at the moment of order confirmation, defined as the timestamp displayed on the Customer's order confirmation email.
- Cancellation requests must be received by our customer service team at support@clickcraftventures.net within the two-hour window to be valid.
- Requests received after the two-hour cutoff will not be honored, even if the order has not yet been shipped or processed for fulfillment.
- This window applies regardless of weekend, holiday, or business-hour status. The cutoff is calculated in continuous clock hours.
3. How to Submit a Cancellation Request
To request cancellation within the permitted window, the Customer must:
- Send a written request via email to support@clickcraftventures.net
- Include the order number (e.g., #1234) in the email subject line
- Include the email address used to place the order in the message body
- Submit the request before the two-hour window expires
Cancellation requests submitted via telephone, social media, live chat, third-party messaging platforms, or any channel other than the designated support email will not be processed and will not extend the cancellation window.
4. Orders After the Cancellation Window
Once the two-hour cancellation window has expired:
- The order is deemed final and binding.
- The Customer is responsible for completing the transaction in full, including payment for the product, applicable shipping costs, taxes, and any other associated fees.
- The order will proceed to fulfillment and shipment in accordance with our standard fulfillment timelines.
- The Customer remains entitled to pursue a return upon delivery, subject to the terms of our separate Return Policy.
RETURNS REMAIN AVAILABLE: Although orders cannot be cancelled after the two-hour window, Customers retain the right to initiate a return upon receipt of the merchandise, subject to the terms and conditions of our published Return Policy. Returns are a separate process from cancellation and have their own eligibility requirements, timeframes, and refund procedures.
5. Refunds for Valid Cancellations
For cancellation requests received within the two-hour window and accepted by the Merchant:
- A full refund of the order amount will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within two (2) business days of the cancellation confirmation.
- The Customer will receive a refund confirmation email from the Merchant.
- The time required for the refund to appear on the Customer's account statement depends on the issuing bank or payment processor and typically takes between five (5) and ten (10) business days.
6. No Cancellation After Shipment
Under no circumstances will an order be cancelled after a shipping label has been generated or after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, regardless of whether the two-hour window has expired or not. Once the package is in transit, the Customer's exclusive remedy is to:
- Refuse delivery upon arrival (subject to carrier policies); or
- Accept delivery and initiate a return under our Return Policy.
7. Statutory Consumer Protections
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights the Customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Specifically:
- Customers in the European Union are entitled to a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
- Customers in the United Kingdom retain rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
- Customers in jurisdictions with mandatory consumer-protection statutes (such as cooling-off periods or mandatory return windows) retain those statutory rights regardless of this policy.
Where applicable, statutory rights supersede the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
NOTICE REGARDING CHARGEBACKS
Customers are expected to follow the cancellation and return procedures set forth in this policy and our Return Policy before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their card issuer or payment processor.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter through our customer service channels — including filing a chargeback after the cancellation window has elapsed and the order has shipped — may be contested by ClickCraft Ventures with evidence of this policy, the Customer's order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and any related correspondence.
ClickCraft Ventures reserves the right to provide a copy of this policy and the Customer's acceptance thereof to card networks, payment processors, and dispute review panels in connection with any chargeback dispute.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with any of the Stores operated by ClickCraft Ventures, the Customer:
- Acknowledges that they have read and understood this Cancellation Policy;
- Agrees to be bound by its terms, including the two-hour cancellation window;
- Accepts that, after the two-hour window has expired, the order is final and non-cancellable; and
- Understands that returns remain available under the separate Return Policy.

11. Modifications to This Policy
ClickCraft Ventures reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Stores' websites. The policy in effect at the time of order placement governs the cancellation rights for that specific order.
